Andrew Thacker founded Mortgage Commercial & Leasing in December 2015. Andrew has an extensive career in finance as a mortgage broker and a banker . This included positions as a Senior Mortgage Consultant in Victory Financial Services, 6 successful years as a Business Development Manager and Senior Broker with Westlawn Finance and prior to this a career spanning 24 years with NAB including 5 years as an Agribusiness Manager followed by 18 months as a self employed Mortgage Broker.

Stephen MacPhail joined Mortgage Commercial & Leasing in 2017 after a successful career with NAB over 21 years. Stephen brings a wealth of experience in retail and private banking including management positions over the last 13 years.

Peter Kelly has enjoyed a successful career in home mortgage lending for over 18 years & joined Mortgage Commercial & Leasing in January 2018.
Having been involved in a number of businesses prior to entering the finance field in 2000, including owning & operating various businesses, Peter understands the needs of people in all walks of life & business.
Peter enjoys assisting every day Australians, find the most suitable loans to satisfy their individual needs.
Peter has achieved a top 5 position in volume lending for Australia/NZ, with Loan Market.
Peter holds a Cert 4 in Finance and is a member of FBAA, AFCA and AFG.
